Join our corporate team at Peoplelink Group, a leading player in the staffing industry. We're seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our corporate office operations. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a structured environment, we want you on our team!

Compensation: $15-$18/hr.

Schedule: In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How You’ll Do It

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to corporate and divisional team members.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon their arrival.
  • Provide office administrative support as directed.
  • Maintain corporate office, managing mail and shipping, deliveries, and coordination of conference rooms.
  • Support corporate travel requests and set up of new users in various company systems.
  • Process invoice reconciliation for vendor accounts, coding and allocating invoices appropriately and reconciliation of monthly expense reporting.
  • Champion of the Events Committee for the Corporate office and provide support for divisional team meeting coordination.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of companywide internal communications.
  • Liaise with building management regarding office maintenance and repair issues.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
